Reservations and Cancellation Policy:
To confirm reservations, 30% of the amount of the stay must be paid in advance as a confirmation deposit and the balance must be paid upon arrival.
Reservations and options will be considered void if a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay is not made within 3 days (except for the last-minute offer)
The notice of cancellation must be received within 21 days of the arrival date, after this deadline the full amount of the deposit will be retained. In case of a reduction of the period of stay, no refunds will be granted.
The amounts include water, gas, electricity, dishes, 1 beach umbrella, 2 deck chairs, 1 parking space, use of the swimming pool and continental breakfast. Any additional parking spaces are available in the parking area outside the structure at an additional cost of € 35 per week for each box.
The presence of pets must be communicated at the time of booking and upon arrival.
- The acceptance of pets must be authorized by the Management.
Check-in and check-out
- The accommodations are rented for weekly periods and are available from 5:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure; they must be returned without damage and neat.
- Parking spaces are assigned by the management.
- As required by law, customers must deliver their documents upon arrival in order to register and regularize their administrative status.
- Inside Villaggio Tramonto, the use of the identification bracelet is mandatory.
