The Type 4-room Comfort Cottage consists of a double bedroom and a bunk bed in a separate room. Equipped with comfortable internal services and a veranda with table and chairs. Recently renovated, the thermal coefficient of the structure has been increased and services such as TV-TV Sat, Safe, Water heater, Hair dryer and air conditioning have been introduced. Inside there are bathroom with shower while outside there is a veranda with table and chairs. The structure is made of prestressed concrete with a high thermal insulation coefficient and inserted in wood. The Cottage Comfort typologies have a distance between 80 and 100 meters from the sea.
